WHAT IS CARNUBA WAX AND WHY DO WE USE IT?

B-Fresh is committed to using only the finest ingredients in all of our products.  We use a carnuba wax because it is all natural.  This wax is a natural sap that comes from the Carnuba Palm tree which is native to Brazil.  The wax is used in tubs to polish our gum and mints.  The use of this wax is to prevent our gum and mints from breaking up in the final process of manufacturing. 

WHAT IS THE RESINOUS GLAZE THAT WE USE AND WHY DO WE USE IT?

Typically, in gum manufacturing an extract from the lac beetle is used in order to achieve the resinous glaze.  However, B-Fresh is dedicated to producing all-natural products and in order for us to be vegan we use an alternative.  B-Fresh instead uses a xylitol glaze that is then sprayed onto the gum to create our outer coating.
